Please make sure your tenant receives a copy of the community's Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) along with all published rules of the association that are found on the Official Records page of this website. You may also register your tenant and management company as additional contacts in your account so that they may obtain any violation notices and other important notifications.
Be advised that any landlord who is not current in the payment of their dues - that the Association may demand payment from rents paid by the tenant as well as deny use to common areas.
